News Release - Realignment of Highway 3

Today, the Governments of Canada and British Columbia announced a funding commitment to improve safety along five kilometres of Highway 3 west of Princeton.  The project

involves relocating and straightening the highway to remove two sharp curves, and adding a passing lane in each direction.

BC Transit 2015/16 Annual Operating Agreement

The Town of Princeton approved the BC Transit Annual Operating Agreement between the Town of Princeton,

BC Transit and Princeton and District Community Services.    


2015 Council Priorities

Mayor and Council have completed their annual reviewand discussions on priorities for 2015.  

The annual process provides direction for council and staff on the issues and projects to focus on for

initiation, implementation and/or completion in the current year. 


Daffodil Month Proclamation

Council proclaimed April as Daffodil Month in the Town of Princeton.


Child Find British Columbia

Council proclaimed May as Missing Children's Month and May 25th as Missing Children's Day.


BC Transplant 

Council proclaimed April as Organ and Tissue Donor Awareness Month. 


2015-2019 Financial Plan Bylaw No. 899, 2015

Council gave the 2015-2019 Financial Plan Bylaw No. 899, 2015 three readings.


All-Terrain Vehicle Regulatins Bylaw No. 900, 2015

Council deferred the All-Terrain Vehicle Regulations Bylaw No. 900, 2015.
