NOTICE OF SALE OF SURPLUS GOODS
As per Section 22 of the Town of Princeton Purchasing Policy, the Council of the Town of Princeton has authorized the surplus asset disposal of the following goods no longer used by the Town of its purposes:
Used Wheel Line Irrigation System
- 45 sections of 5” x 40” (Bidder to verify size and quantity)
- 2 movers (1 power unit missing)
- Self-leveling sprinkler heads

The goods listed above will be sold by the Town by way of a bid process. Interested parties must include a letter, addressed to the undersigned, stating:
- First and last name (individual) or legal company name (corporation or other business entity)
- Contact information (address plus either phone number or email address)
- Intended Use
- Maximum bid amount
Submissions must be received by the undersigned no later than Friday, July 28, 2023 at 4:30pm.
Winning bidders will be notified by their preferred contact information. The Town reserves the right to advance to another winning bidder if no contact can be made with the winning bidder within one business day of success. Winning bids over the amount of $10,000 are contingent upon approval of Town Council before the sale is completed. The CAO and/or Council is under no obligation to allow the sale and there will be no compensation provided to a winning bidder in the event this sale is cancelled before their approval. All surplus assets shall be sold on an “as is/where is” basis. No warranties or guarantees are to be offered or implied in the sale of surplus assets.
